Returns Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase date for domestic orders.

All customers have 24 hours from which they receive their items (confirmed by USPS tracking info) to contact us about any issues with their purchases, after the 24 hour period we reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges. Pictures might be required for some returns and/or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must qualify as defective or damaged. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges If an item you purchased happens to not be within your style or liking, that's why we do offer our customers a sample option (Unless item is not listed under sample pack).

REFUNDS are NOT issued under any condition, once your order has been placed, if you have further questions regards to a refund please contact us via email. You may modify your order by emailing us within 24 hours of time of purchase.

Domestic Shipping

Yasmin Fragrances offers shipping to all 50 U.S states, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands.

• Processing time usually takes from 3 to 5 days from time order was placed. (Processing does NOT mean shipping time, we are referring to time to pack your order)
• Processing takes place Monday through Friday 9am till 5pm. Orders are not processed on weekends and major U.S holidays.
• As soon as your order is processed you will receive your personalized tracking number.

Standard USPS shipping usually takes 2 - 5 business days in transit, pending on the destination. (shipping time subject to change during major U.S holidays)

UPS Ground takes longer than usual to be scanned, please note that your order might experience delays notification arrived to facility.

Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number provided to you - as we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS for further assistance and provide your tracking information.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer our international customers worldwide shipping, however all international orders are at the liability of the buyer.

Processing time:

• First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive (pending on destination).
• Priority Mail International, deliveries generally take between 6-10 business days to arrive (pending on destination).

Processing takes place Monday through Friday 9am till 5pm. Orders are not processed on weekends and major U.S holidays.

Once the order is fulfilled, an order confirmation email with your order information and tracking number is sent to the customer's email. Please allow at least 24 hours before the tracking information is updated on USPS website.
